About Me
My name is Mariia Kanshyna, I am 26 years old, and I am the person behind coffee-4-you.com.

I am not a barista, not a Q-grader, and not a coffee professional in the traditional sense. I am simply someone who genuinely loves coffee and the small rituals around it. This blog was born from my mornings, my curiosity, and my constant desire to understand why one cup feels comforting while another feels unforgettable.
My day almost always starts the same way. Before emails, before plans, before the noise of the world, I make coffee. Sometimes slowly, sometimes half-asleep, sometimes experimenting with something new. For me, coffee is not just a drink. It is a pause. A moment to breathe. A habit that grounds me and gives rhythm to my mornings. Honestly, I cannot imagine a proper morning without it.

My interest in coffee goes far beyond drinking it. I am fascinated by how many stories can exist inside a single cup. I love learning about coffee beans, where they come from, how climate and soil shape their flavor, and how different roasting methods can completely change the experience. I enjoy comparing light and dark roasts, reading about farms, and understanding how processing methods influence aroma, acidity, and body.
At home, I experiment a lot. Pour-over, French press, AeroPress, moka pot, cold brew, espresso-style drinks made without expensive machines. I try different grind sizes, water temperatures, and brewing times. Some experiments are successful. Others teach me what not to do next time. And I share all of it honestly, without pretending that every cup is perfect.

This blog is my personal coffee notebook, turned into a cozy space for people who feel the same curiosity. Here, I write about how to brew coffee in different ways, how roasting affects flavor, how to choose beans if you are just starting, and how to enjoy coffee without pressure or rules. You will also find reflections on coffee culture, slow mornings, and the joy of learning something new through taste and smell.
I do not believe coffee needs to be complicated to be meaningful. You do not need expensive equipment or expert vocabulary to love it. What matters is attention, curiosity, and the willingness to try. I write the way I learn – step by step, with interest, and sometimes with mistakes.

Coffee-4-you.com is a place for real coffee lovers. For those who want to understand their cup a little better. For those who enjoy the process as much as the result. For those who see coffee not as caffeine, but as a daily ritual worth savoring.
If you are here, chances are you already feel it too. And I am really glad you are here.
